Delivery

Most items are made to order to avoid waste. Please refer to the listing for expected production times. These are an estimate- please do get in touch if you need it quicker.

Delivery cost and times 

• Royal mail tracked 48- £4.99 - please allow approx 2-4 working days on top of stated production times. These may vary if strikes are in action. 
• if you haven’t received your order after 17 working days please get in touch so that we can look into it. 
• please note delivery times can be longer over the Christmas period. 
• Refunds on items not received will be processed after 30 days of no delivery. 

EU customers post Brexit

• Customs clearance charges and fees will now be payable for EU customers on items/goods entering the destination country
• Jewellery entering EU countries will not be released by customs until fees and duties have been paid
• These duties are set by the destination country so please check how much they are before ordering
• Tax is collected by the courier company before delivering the item to you. This is usually communicated by email, so please make sure you provide the correct email address upon purchase.

Please be aware that now the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as their items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control.
