If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a credit note, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Earrings cannot be returned and refunded due to hygiene
- Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned
- Items made to size cannot be returned if they do not fit - please see sizing advice before purchasing
- Refunds will be made once the item has been return and received. Refunds take up to 10 working days
- Refunds do not include original postal charges. The refund covers the cost of the jewellery only
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and we do not take any responsibility for lost or damage goods on returning items. We'd recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is tracked and insured
- Items cannot be returned due to tarnishing - this is a natural process and information on how to resolve this issue can be found on our Jewellery Care page
- If an item arrives damaged or defective then please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item. I am unable to process any refunds after that period for damaged items.
